Incredible service! After just one session, I saw immediate results with the promise of even more improvement. Scott listens to you as both a patient and a person, making sure you’re taken care of. The best part was knowing he was helping me work towards sustainable treatment, rather than just a quick fix.

How Can We Help You?

How Can We Help You?

Our Multidisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and Manual Osteopathic practitioners use a caring, evidence based, and natural approach to provide exceptional patient care.

manual therapy

We believe in treating the whole body rather than treating an injury or medical issue in isolation. That’s why we offer an extensive range of services to help improve movement and function, like manual therapy.

dry needling

In this technique, the therapist focuses on releasing trigger points, which helps relieve pain, improve flexibility, and increase range of motion.

balance training

Having good balance is key to staying safe and confident when doing your everyday activities. And while older adults may have the majority of falls, all ages can benefit from balance training.

running/lifting analysis

All runners and lifters have some inefficiencies in their form and by finding them, we ensure that your body can become stronger.

kinesiotaping

Provides support and stability and facilitates healing without limiting movement. It allows the muscles and joints to prolong the benefits given from manual therapy.

blood flow restriction therapy

Blood flow restriction therapy has been around since the 1960's, but recently has had a surge in research to support its technique and how it improves patient outcomes.

the neubie

This device is the next generation of therapy that can scan your body and then identify where there is a break in the connection between the muscles and the nerves.
